Kaizer Chiefs coach Arthur Zwane was full of praise for Bonfils-Caleb Bimenyimana after the striker scored against SuperSport United.
The Burundian striker scored twice as Amakhosi came back from a goal down to beat Matsatsantsa 2-1 at FNB Stadium on Saturday night.
“Yes, he’s very, very aggressive in that near post and that’s what we said to him, I said ‘attack the near post and the other guys will attack the far post and the penalty spot, the goal will always come in that area’. And he did exactly that,” Zwane told SuperSport TV after the match.
“Good assistance from Ashley, great movement from Sithebe, those half turns and connecting with Yusuf. That one-touch from Yusuf that set Ashley free to be able to put the ball into the near post that led to the first goal.
“And obviously the pressure that we were putting them under, they were bound to crack and we managed to get a penalty and like I said we also created a lot of penalties that we could’ve capitalised on.”
