Leeds United substitute Joe Gelhardt scored deep into stoppage time to earn head coach Jesse Marsch a first Premier League victory as his side beat relegation rivals Norwich City 2-1.
Rodrigo put Leeds in front on 14 minutes, finding the corner of the net with a first-time effort.
The hosts missed several opportunities to double their lead, with Raphinha denied by the woodwork in both halves while Patrick Bamford sliced wide when through on goal before being replaced at the break.
Kenny McLean thought he had earned Norwich a point when he finished from close range in the first minute of stoppage time.
But Gelhardt slammed in from Raphinha’s cutback three minutes later to secure a vital win.
A first victory in nine matches moves 16th-placed Leeds on to 26 points, four clear of the bottom three. Norwich remain bottom, with a run of six consecutive defeats leaving them on 17 points, five behind Everton in 17th.
